NOTE: 1) Please clean the room when you are finished so the next group can use it immediately. 2) Occasionally, events such as funerals, weddings, conferences, etc., require a change in your meeting room(s). Should this occur, you will be notified of your new room assignment. We thank you in advance for your cooperation in these situations.

We thank you for using the room(s) as they are set. Lots of time and coordination with our facilities staff and our meeting room needs have given to these permanent set ups. If you need your room to be different, you will be responsible for the rearrangement and then need to re-set as to the posted diagram.
